I have the pleasure in writing to you and expressing my gratitude and appreciation for the amazing job you recently performed on providing us with new carpets for our new house.

We had visited Carpet right and were given a quote, but no one took our contact details to follow up nearer the time. When I spoke to Steve he arranged to come and measure up as soon as we had the keys to the house and provided a quote at nearly £1000 less than Carpetright charged.

On the day you came to fit the carpets as you were unexpectedly working around bathroom fitters ripping out tiles making unwanted dust.

You were happy to liaise with the other contractors and work around each other, ensuring the fitting was completed within the day as promised.

Everyone has been very complimentary about our carpets and the feeling of newly laid carpets is always fantastic.
